The hotel offers spacious rooms and a great breakfast, but the pool was too cold for comfort! 😕

absolutely loved the location, but let’s not overlook the cardboard glasses in the bathroom—ugh, so cheap. and the noise from aircon pipes was simply unbearable! i almost gave a good review, but i was waiting for an upgrade as i deserve better treatment. it's a mess in here just waiting for someone to acknowledge it.

The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety of local cheeses and fresh fruits that truly enhanced our mornings.

While the wellness facilities were nice, the spa could benefit from more attentive staff and better maintenance.

I faced WiFi issues in the Classic Family Room and the response from the staff was unhelpful. Breakfast had limited hot food options which weren't refreshed promptly. The wellness facilities felt neglected, with parts not operational, diminishing the relaxation experience I was hoping for.

i previously stayed in ostend and my time at bero was even better! the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a lot of choices. having a pool where kids can swim all day is a big plus.

The location is ideal, just 200 meters from the beach, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of cheese, meat, and fresh fruits from 07:30 to 10:00. The wellness center, including the sauna

The classic double room was large with an extra seating area, offering good space for a family. The beds were reasonably comfortable, which made for a decent night's sleep. The wellness facilities were a much-appreciated retreat after our busy 

the elevator was pretty slow , but the breakfast was awesome with lots of choices, the bed was super comfy, and the pool was nice and clean. i loved it all!

The staff was great. Quiet unit with a drink and shower.- A wide array of freshly made food.- Central location, just a short walk away from Wapenplein Square.- A nice hotel, my first choice in Ostend.
